    For one of our key Clients we're looking for an expert specialist for the position of:

    Senior PLM Consultant

    Terms of engagement:
    Area: Consulting IT
    Localisation: 100% remote
    Start: ASAP (max 3 months notice period)
    Salary rate (determined individually): PLN net + VAT / h Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

    Recruitment process (100% remotely):

    • Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
    • Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1 hour)

    Scope of duties:

    • Strategic Consulting: Advise national and international companies on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), including innovation, decommissioning, data management, and Industry 4.0 integration
    • Process Optimization: Lead transformation projects to improve process management, operational excellence, and customer strategies
    • Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement solutions to optimize product-related processes using appropriate tools and methods. Ensure sustainable implementation for clients
    • Technical & Business Expertise: Combine technical understanding with business knowledge to effectively communicate solutions to clients
    • Innovation Support: Participate in designing and developing innovative solutions like Digital Twin and Digital Manufacturing
    • Material Management Expertise: Manage specific projects related to obsolescence management, alternate parts, vendor part management, and collaboration within PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, SAP)

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 5+ years overall experience, 2+ years specifically in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
    • Technical Skills: Knowledge of PLM tools like Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Enovia, etc. (at least one)
    • Process Expertise: Experience in developing and implementing production/development processes across the value chain
    • Communication: Ability to combine technical understanding with business knowledge and clearly communicate it to clients
    • Project Management: Experience in managing transformation projects from strategy to implementation
    • English Language: B2+

    Bonus points:

    • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in relevant sectors like CPG/FMCG, Chemicals, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences
