- Participating in large scale projects, eg Tableau platform migrations to/between Cloud, building new environments/scaling/performance tuning, upgrades)
- Development of changes based on customer requirements and Tableau/Power BI best practices (eg setting up new connections, development and enhancements to dashboards)
- Troubleshooting users' issues on platform level
- Proposing service improvements
- Understanding of Infrastructure and Platform components and familiarity with performance tuning (network, servers, Active Directory, load balancers); technical knowledge and experience in Hosting and related technologies (Cloud, Linux, Windows Server, storage, backup, virtualization, etc.)
- Proficient communication skills (English) with both technical and non-technical colleagues from geographically distributed teams on all organizational levels
- Being a team-player with problem-solving, proactive and initiative-taking attitude who can challenge the status quo
- Experience working with external companies, professional and responsible approach to work with customer focus
- Willingness to operate in flexible work arrangements
- Experience in BI or ETL technologies (eg Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAC/AFO). We will provide extensive training in required BI technologies
- Degree in Computer Science or other related areas would be an advantage
