- Infrastructure Management: Oversee server setup, maintain network infrastructure, and manage data storage and backup solutions.
- Workstation and Hardware: Manage inventory of computers and devices, ensure hardware maintenance, and strategize upgrades.
- Software and Applications: Handle licensing, ensure compliance, deploy software, and support application updates.
- Cybersecurity: Implement network and data security measures, conduct employee training on cybersecurity, and adhere to data protection regulations.
- User Support and Services: Manage helpdesk and technical support systems and provideuser training and documentation.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, negotiate and oversee service contracts.
- Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce IT policies, ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Plan and test disaster recovery procedures, strategize business continuity.
- Strategic Planning: Align long-term IT strategy with business objectives, stay abreast of technology trends, and foster innovation.
- Role requiring min. 3 years of experience in network and systems administration.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or higher, with industry certifications will be an asset (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft certifications).
- Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
- Work from office minimum 3 days/week
