    Opis

United Robots is a proprietary robotic designer and manufacturer which aims to revolutionize industrial space maintenance with its autonomous robots. We've reinvented, designed and built autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) conceived for vast storage area operators i.e., hypermarkets, warehouses, sorting offices or public spaces such as shopping malls, airports or hospitals. Our products are a working example of the expertise in mobile localization, machine learning and computer vision which convert machines into AI devices capable of working without human supervision. We are looking for robotics geeks who will share our excitement and help us to win the run leading to the world where intelligent robots will be as popular as mobile phones.

As we expand and evolve our company structure, we seek a skilled individual to play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating our research and development initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the whole R&D team, ensuring project timelines, allocation of resources, budget tracking and deliverables are aligned with the project roadmap. If you excel in organizing your own and others' work, have strong time management skills and adapt quickly to changing priorities, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, encompassing development efforts of the R&D team
    • Monitor the allocation of resources according to the priority of the tasks
    • Create and track project budgets related to hardware procurement, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
    • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget
    • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the plan
    • Propose tools and systems for efficient project planning and clear progress monitoring
    • Participating in organizational meetings and keeping track of takeaways
    • Support Team Leads in monitoring and reporting progress track records
    • Facilitate communication and coordination between R&D sub-teams
    • Directly reporting to the CTO and providing daily organizational support in aligning project objectives with overarching company goals and strategic initiatives.

    Job requirements:

    • Good written and verbal communication skills both in Polish and English
    • Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Proven experience in project planning and monitoring in the technology or IT sector
    • Understanding of agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) and knowledge of project management software (i.e. Jira or equivalent)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

    Our offer:

    • contract type of your choosing
    • basic salary relevant to your experience
    • private medical care with the possibility to extend it to the family members
    • exceptional and innovative product, talented team and friendly work atmosphere, and last but not least, ownership and impact.

We hope you already have a taste of what you may be doing. Interested in finding out more? Visit our career page, and leave us your coordinates and CV or LinkedIn profile. We will come back to you shortly.
