As a Business Analyst, you will join a global product team enhancing our Air Logistics trucking and warehousing solutions. Acting as the bridge between business and IT, you will analyze processes, define requirements, and drive technology improvements.

Working with international stakeholders and external software providers, you will help deliver scalable, efficient, and customer-focused solutions supporting our global Air Logistics operations.

Following agile principles, you will contribute across the full product lifecycle — from concept to continuous improvement.

How you create impact

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for trucking use cases.
Lead workshops, user interviews, and requirement validation with global stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, and system diagrams.
Perform gap analyses and identify opportunities to optimize processes.
Validate delivered solutions through testing and requirement alignment.
Conduct data and cost/benefit analyses to support decisions and measure success.
Collaborate closely with internal IT teams and external providers (e.g., EURO-LOG).
Support continuous improvement of Global Air Logistics IT products.

What we would like you to bring

3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements engineering and process re-engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or similar.
Good understanding of systems engineering concepts and modeling techniques.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cost/benefit evaluation skills.
Structured, customer-focused mindset with strong organizational skills.
