About-project : What you would do as our Agile Coach? As an Agile Coach in ASSA ABLOY CTO Organization R&D unit, you will work together with creative, curious and competent engineers who create the next generation access control solutions.
As part of our new wireless lock platform Team, you will be responsible for establishing and facilitating our Lean-Agile way of working, helping teams grow and delivering highest possible value, constantly responding to customer needs.
You will collaborate closely with Product Manager, Product Owners, other Agile Coaches, System Architects, other platform teams and group's divisions as well as act proactively to mitigate risks, remove impediments to help your Team deliver on time and with right quality.

responsibilities :
Act as Technical Product Owner, playing an active part in technical discussions with internal stakeholders to understand and define their needs Manage Team's backlog Keep strong understanding of developed solutions, requirements, support issues and other Technical and business aspects Support Team members in project execution according to our agile Way of Working Cooperate with other Product Owners/Project Leaders & Product Managers, also in different geographical locations requirements-expected : Has strong engineering background in firmware or software development to be part of technical discussions and problem solving Has experience with E2 E test environments and CI/CD infrastructure with electronics hardware in the loop Has at least 3 years of previous Project Leader/Technical Leader/Product Owner/System Architect role in a multi-site environment Has strong communication skills in English towards all levels of the organization worldwide Is open to travel as in this position, traveling to our other sites will be required Additionally, you would have entrepreneurial mindset, natural curiosity to innovate and develop new ideas as well as willingness to share information and knowledge openly and proactively.
