Technologies Expected:

• Supporting and developing the SAP HCM system for international customers
• Participating in requirements analysis, configuration, and system testing
• Creating concepts for new solutions and implementing approved changes
• Collaborating with programmers for feature development and testing
• Working closely with the company's international HCM team

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of SAP HCM system experience
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and HR processes
• Ability to configure the system as per customer expectations
• Analysis and resolution of errors in personnel data and payroll
• Proficiency in English or German
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to grow and enhance knowledge in SAP HCM
