- Work with the Stream Lead to understand, elicit, analyze, configure, document, and deliver technical requirements and solutions while staying updated on relevant developments in your field.
- Ensure the development, transfer, and retention of knowledge while collaborating closely with the business to implement new applications and integrate them into HEINEKEN's IT landscape.
- Be part of a team that focuses on delivering improvements on existing applications to enhance application quality and reduce technical debt.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that impact the product, and propose solutions to simplify the work process.
- Engage in self-organization with other team members.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT with similar responsibilities.
- Experience in technical implementation and integration of IT applications.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Capability to work efficiently across all levels of product teams, influencing others towards consensus.
