Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Work with product service owners to ensure incidents are managed throughout their lifecycle from identification categorization prioritization assignment to resolution in respect to agreed incident management processes Analyze forecast incident trends impacting service availability Assist resolving teams Incident Coordinators in major incident management process activities Identify report knowledge gaps record repeatable procedures allowing incident deflection
- Problem Management: Work with product service owners to ensure problems are managed throughout their lifecycle problem identification problem control error control Identify recurring incidents source potential problem records Maintain known error database Facilitate problem review meetings
- Change Management: Work with product service owners ensure changes managed throughout lifecycle creation documentation assessment implementation review Analyze incident trends identify volumes caused unauthorized changes Run Change Advisory Boards CAB Create deliver reports status achievement trends KPIs Service Levels ITSM processes Continually monitor processes identify assess manage improvement opportunities Ensure ITSM processes documentation up-to-date available shared stakeholders Promote raise awareness educate on principles practices increase adoption across organization +
Qualifications
- You've got good understanding of ITIL framework demonstrated hands-on experience implementing coordinating
ITSM processes in environment exposure Incident Problem Change
Management CMDB.
