- Create and maintain a product roadmap for card acquiring, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Work alongside engineering teams to execute and deliver on the Card Acquiring roadmap consisting of integration with various processors and vendors.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
- Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product strategy.
- Prepare and document clear and comprehensive technical requirements
- Managing third party relationships with service providers and card schemes.
- 5 years' experience in Product Manager / Owner role in card processing area, as well experience in implementing new successful acquiring products and features
- Understanding of all aspects of Card Acquiring: card transaction lifecycle, Card Scheme rules and pricing, etc.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of Card processing: Authorization, authentication, clearing, Chargebacks lifecycle, settlements,
- Good knowledge of card schemes and payment processors,
- Understanding of risk management / compliance aspects
