    As a Demand Planner we challenge you to deliver a sales plan for the assigned market by working closely with customers, key account managers, sales managers, controllers & marketing for that market. You will manage the relationship with selected key accounts in the area of supply chain management, focused on sales planning & improving customer satisfaction (NPS) by anticipation of customer requirements supported by appropriate processes.

    What you'll do

  • Manage sales plan and accurate forecasting process, with precise data collection and active cooperation with Sales, Marketing colleagues, and other stakeholders in the region.
  • Reporting and analysis of relevant KPIs like forecast accuracy, customer NPS, delivery performance, and inventories.
  • Participate in improvement projects in the area of sales planning and demand management.
  • Your qualifications

  • Analytical mindset.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in demand planning.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a complex/matrix environment.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP APO or SAP IBP.
