Job summary
Fund accounting experts are needed to work in private equity and credit fund accounting team responsible for net asset value calculation with quarterly deadlines.
Responsibilities
- NAV preparation review and timely delivery to external clients
- Liaising with Custodians corporate trust and other stakeholders to resolve any reconciliation issues
- Managing funds expense budgets calculation of management fees review of profit and loss reports for reasonableness allocation of income to investors
- Preparing incentive fees calculations in accordance with the waterfall provisions processing reviewing capital events such as capital calls distributionsliaising with external clients investment managers auditors ensuring timely completion of regulatory reporting ad-hoc requests supporting the training onboarding of new team members assisting identifying implementing process improvements reduce audit financial exposure improve team efficiency
