    Our Global Brand Department for our office in Warsaw is looking for a

    Brand Product Specialist - Triumph (f/m/d) (100 %)

    You will support and assist the Brand Management Team in implementing the product Strategy and all KPI's in line with the Brand Strategy within the responsible areas of Segments or Sub-Brands for Brand Triumph across Europe.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • You will be responsible for PLM range update, range report management, as well as range plans
    • You will be responsible for updating product KPIs measurement and tracking tools according to annual schedule
    • Supported by your product manager, you will build-up knowledge and continuously contribute to the brand positioning and values across the business and within the organization: consumers and market place needs
    • You will support the product manager with product efficiency analysis, competitor analysis ( range & pricing), consumer & product test set up, sample management etc
    • You develop an understanding of the female clothing market to provide insights for consumer and market places and learn how to deliver competitive advantages for brand Triumph (ie. market visit insights, in-store and online consumer dialogue, etc.) to do so you can led projects, with the support of your product manager
    • You develop knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of financial management, KPIs settings and building profit and revenue; as well develop knowledge about technicalities and specifics to products and Segments, and Sub-Brands to gain ownership and expertise

    Your ideal profile:

    • Preferred 2 years of experience in Brand Merchandising, or similar functions (i.e. Product manager, Retail or Wholesale Merchandiser/Buyer)
    • Affinity to work with Fashion and/or Beauty and/or female products
    • Natural attitude for consumer and competitor understanding
    • Educated to degree level
    • International study and/or background is a plus
    • Well organized and multi-tasking talent
    • Flexible, creative, enthusiastic and willing to learn
    • Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
    • Drive energy and commitment
    • Ability to inspire via strong presentation & communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Team player
    • IT proficiency-elementary level is a plus: MS office, Excel (advanced level), Power Point, Access, SAP basic knowledge, PLM system (nice to have)
    • High level of English, Polish (nice to have)
