    We are looking for Azure Active Directory Account Management and Synchronization Support Engineer with GERMAN / PORTUGUESE / SPANISH to join our team in Cracow, Poland.

    Your day-to-day job will be about providing both technical expertise (either on your own or by involving your colleagues) and about being an excellent communicator and a service oriented professional. You will be given the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in one or more areas and receive guidance and mentorship from your colleagues.

    Job description

    Requirements and Responsibilities:

    We need Azure AD Engineer who is passionate in research and provide solutions on Azure AD services. Should have good programming logic and problem-solving skills. Respond and analyze complex queries of technical and functional nature not in routine and require deviation from standard procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engaging directly with Azure Customers and IT professionals in forums to answer technical questions and help solving technical problems.
    • Solve highly complex problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty may include support of additional product line.
    • Develop code samples, quick-start and how-to guides helping customer understand complex cloud scenarios.
    • Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to customers and developers. Adapt response and extensive research as per customer response.
    • Candidate should demonstrate great accountability, customer obsession and technical leadership.
    • Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions.
    • Improving internal efficiency and customer happiness by actively finding opportunities to optimize existing or new processes and tools.

    Fluent English + German or Portuguese or Spanish (min B2-C1)

    Account management:

    • Create and deleting the directories
    • Active directory domain services (ADDS) + LDAP
    • Manage the Security group and group membership
    • Dynamic membership rule based on user or device id
    • Assigning the license and roles (user based or group based)
    • Creating RBAC Role
    • Custom roles
    • Key vault creation and management
    • Privileged identity management (PIM)
    • Azure AD password protection
    • SSPR and modes of SSPR
    • Azure AD B2C and B2B
    • Activity logs
    • Adding guest user with or without mail box
    • Admin Takeover for viral tenant (Need access to DNS Server)

    Synchronization:

    • Install and manage AD Connect
    • Azure AD user provisioning
    • Customize sync (inbound and outbound rule)
    • Upgrade AD connect
    • Azure AD connect health and monitoring
    • Password write back
    • Sync Users from on Premises to cloud

    Time of operation:

    24/7 support model onsite role with rotational shifts.

    Therefore, candidates should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate Client roster.
