- Working in a global Oracle DB Admin team
- Evaluate new database technologies and shape the future of our database landscape.
- Responsible for the daily operations (bugfixes, system optimizations, high performance tuning) of our Oracle database systems
- Implement security policies / measures for Oracle databases
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate our infrastructure running on Linux (and Windows)
- Consult our software engineers on database design, query optimizations and best practices
- At least 3 years of experience in administration of Oracle Databases
- Comprehensive understanding of database structures, database management, and query performance tuning
- Good knowledge of developing database queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Build and maintain Linux (and Windows) systems to support database workloads
- Willing to occasionally take on maintenance tasks off-peak hours, late in in the evening or sometimes during weekends
- Team player attitude
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to push things through in a constructive manner
- Willingness to work in international teams & projects
- English skills language on B2 level
