Goal of the position:

Reporting to the Director, Global Learning Measurement and Digital Content Strategy, the Digital Learning Content Analyst is responsible for supporting processes to ensure that Fresenius Medical Care employees have a positive and engaging learner experience while interacting with digital learning content. They partner with the Digital Content team working with external content providers as well as internal content developers to ensure all digital learning content follows the established governance processes and meets set criteria. This role also partners with business and learning leaders to curate the content into easy-to-follow learning paths.

Your responsibilities:

Curate digital content into learning paths defined by the business/Digital content team.

Run ad-hoc reports on content utilization to inform insights related to the digital content strategy and user experience.

Ensure digital learning content is properly organized and tagged according to the content guidelines in the Learning Management System (LMS) to enable efficient access for digital learning platform users

Complete tasks related to updating content availability, targeting content to user groups aligned with decisions of the business and digital content team.

Support the implementation of a governance process for internal procedures in support of digital content quality, storage, and accessibility

Stay abreast of developments in the field of digital content management and user experience

Partner with digital content team and LMS/LXP provider to configure an engaging and seamless learner experience

Keep up to date with enhancements to vendor-provided digital content to ensure it is used efficiently in learning initiatives

Our requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

2+ years of experience in related field.

Excellent communication skills with strong intercultural skills and understanding

Ability to curate and organize digital content efficiently according to defined learning paths and content guidelines.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in running ad-hoc reports on content utilization to extract insights for enhancing the digital content strategy and user experience.

Experience in working with LMS platforms to organize, tag, and manage digital learning content effectively.

Ability to support the implementation of governance processes for maintaining digital content quality, storage, and accessibility.

Proficient with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.

Fluency in the English language in the business environment (at least B2)

Additional language knowledge (different than Polish and English) will be an asset.
