    We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Sales Systems & Processes Team , located in various countries.

    Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables

    • Lead external electronic customer communication in terms of customer portals & systems (portal management)

    • Governance function for account teams and customer portal experts with respect to tools, systems, procedures and solutions

    • Worldwide support of internal colleagues in handling access to external customer portals/systems

    • Manage external user access management in customer systems (creating, changing and deactivating access rights of ZF employees)

    • Lead the initialization of new customer requirements, terms and conditions (e.g. by Customer Account teams, Legal, IT) to ensure IT-, data- & information-security and protect intellectual property

    • Drive communication & negotiation towards the customer

    • Constant monitoring of trends & changes in customer portals, develop solutions & adapt procedures

    Required skills and experience / main competencies

    Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years working experience in similar area . Preferred experience in automotive or similar industry (e.g. machinery, rail, aerospace etc. – big, international companies)

    • Professional experience in the field of customer support, customer service or portal management

    • Strong service orientation and good coordination skills

    • Profound business acumen & self-motivation

    • Customer-oriented way of thinking and profound communication & negotiation skills

    • Ability to work in an international team & cultural awareness

    Fluent in English ; French/Spanish/Italian/German/Polish would be a plus
