Job Description
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main tasks:
Managing a team of specialists in the logistics of rapeseed, fats, cereals, oils and transport
Supervision of the raw material supply chain
Implementation of optimization projects introducing uniform work standards in the area of logistics in ADM units in Poland in cooperation with specialized international ADM teams(RPA, IPL, EUPASupport)
Reporting tasks:
Logistics cost reporting
Month-end reporting
Team management tasks:
Organizing and coordinating work in a team
Setting reporting goals
Accepting vacation plans within the team
Accepting business trips in the team, controlling expenses related to business trips
Administrative tasks:
Supervising the correctness of purchase documentation (orders, PZ, invoices, CMR)
Substantive confirmation of service invoices
Completing purchase documentation
Other tasks:
Other tasks assigned by direct manager
Organizational decisions:
Organization of team work
Granting system permissions
Personnel decisions:
Confirming vacation plans and requests
Periodic employee evaluation, determining the level of remuneration
Financial decisions:
Confirming invoices
Acceptance of invoices for the purchase of services
Negotiating rates for services related to the implementation of contractsInne

OUR REQUIREMENTS
University education in logistics
English skill at minimum B2 level (other language skill nice to have)
Work experience in similar position of at least 5 years
Very good subject matter and process knowledge
Highly knowledge of professional software, MS Office package
Good Knowledge of occupational H&S and environmental protection standards
Very good communication and team cooperation
Very highly developed analytical thinking
Very good planning skills
Seeking improvements/Openness to changes
