- Supervising customer settlements, including transaction posting and reconciliation.
- Oversight of receivables, encompassing balance reconciliation and proactive management.
- Posting and settling incoming payments in the accounting system.
- Generating and recording customized sales invoices.
- Managing and recording debit notes.
- Processing sales correction invoices.
- Compiling receivables reports, such as overdue balances.
- Contributing to month-end procedures.
- Proficiency in German and English (B2 level minimum) both spoken and written.
- SAP FI expertise.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Familiarity with German accounting, tax principles, German GAAP, and IFRS is an advantage.
