    You'll work in our Wroclaw office as part of the Office Services department. Our department focuses on reception and space management, office operations and services, facilities, and event planning. Currently, we are looking for someone to fill in for a 17-month contract.You will provide responsive, high-quality administrative assistance with a variety of office services tasks with direct responsibility for reception, security, kitchen, and facilities. This requires working closely with the administrative team in a wide range of areas including supporting new hire on-boarding and office set-up and coordinating team communications (office newsletter, policies and procedure updates, etc.). You will support office events including coordinating catering/equipment needs with other department staff members as necessary; cultivate vendor relationships, reconcile billing for services; maintain and update office contracts and agreements repository.You'll have the opportunity to work closely with Office Services Coordinator on support including: providing responsive, high quality services as necessary for colleagues, both small and large client & internal meetings; coordinate social events for the office (planning, budget and cooperation with the Social Workforce team and external vendors); providing seamless backup support for all other Office Services positions as necessary; and work with the team on multiple aspects of facilities including operating equipment, assisting with office moves, and coordinating office repairs.You may also partake in special projects or need to run miscellaneous errands as assigned by Manager.
    • 1+ years in a related position in a corporate or professional environment preferred
    • Secondary education required, university degree preferred
    • Familiarity with basic computer applications (such as Microsoft Outlook and Word)
    • Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Excellent professional demeanor
    • Willingness to take initiative and rapidly problem solve issues as they arise
    • Possess high quality standards, a commitment to completing the task within the deadline, and the ability to work under pressure
