    We are seeking a skilled Java-focused technical leader who combines strong engineering expertise with people leadership and a product mindset.



    • Mentor and lead a backend engineering team, providing clear technical direction and supporting continuous growth.

    • Design, develop, and evolve high-performance Java/JVM services for delivery time prediction and delivery method selection.

    • Evaluate system scalability and reliability to meet low-latency requirements under high throughput conditions.

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.

    • Develop strategies for code reviews, CI/CD processes, system observability tools, data-driven decision making methods within the development environment. 

    About Our Requirements



        
    • Prior experience as senior-level engineer in Java backend development including designing distributed systems at scale (minimum of 5 years).
