- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w roli technicznej, inżynierskiej
- Wykształcenie techniczne - licencjat z Inżynierii produkcji lub pokrewnej dziedziny
- Znajomość zasad i procesów inżynierii bezpieczeństwa w branży kolejowej,
- Znajomość międzynarodowych norm i standardów bezpieczeństwa mających zastosowanie do transportu kolejowego,
- Podstawowe zrozumienie przeprowadzania ocen ryzyka
- Chęć uczenia się i rozumienia zgodności z odpowiednimi przepisami i normami bezpieczeństwa
- Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne
- Zaangażowanie w bycie na bieżąco z trendami branżowymi]
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym czytanie i pisanie dokumentacji technicznej
- Wspierać opracowywanie architektury bezpieczeństwa
- Uczyć się i uczestniczyć w procesach decyzyjnych związanych z kwestiami bezpieczeństwa systemu
- Współpracować z partnerami zewnętrznymi
- Wspierać proces homologacji i zapewniać zgodność z normami i przepisami technicznymi, w tym TSI
