- Act as custodian of end-to-end business processes L1–L4 including High-level business process flows Fully documented Global Business Process template design for each major sub-process Financial controls and reports within each process Represent Business Process during market change assessments to ensure all requirements are considered and documented via User Requirements Specification Challenge business needs driving customization requests and explore process redesign options Ensure justification for customizations is documented and changes progress through the governance model Update relevant documentation based on changes to the global process template SOPs Core Business Models User Guides training materials etc Participate in the preparation of training materials Resolve review issues risks business impacts for owned process Identify internal external best practices improve standard end-to-end process Lead Super User forums dedicated knowledge sharing Lead process governance forums owned proces
