Opis

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical direction of the team, focusing on system design and tech lead management.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of Smart Courier services, ensuring alignment with modernization efforts within the Shipping Platform domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business product owners, and the team's product manager to drive the project delivery and the team's agile processes.
• Champion the modernization and containerization of PHP systems.
• Manage the transition from legacy systems to modern technologies, navigating challenges while maintaining project delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in PHP modernization and containerization, with familiarity in JavaScript for backend and/or frontend development.
• Strong project ownership and delivery skills, with the ability to build trust and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role, 7+ overall experience and 1-2 years of people management.
• Hands-on approach to technical tasks 50/50, with a focus on system design and modernization efforts.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Java.
