- Taking a key part in TPM maintenance/development
- Ensure of data quality in terms of promo guardrails, prices, trade terms, matching discounts, product hierarchy, customers
- Actively participate in system and incident resolving testing
- Work with service desk/sustain team to solve technical problems and improve system efficiency
- Training of new employees, and retraining once system upgrade in place
- Provide accurate translation of business data to system data
- Playing a consulting role for Revenue Management Team and Sales Team on SAP related topics especially for OTC and TPM Stream
- Actively cooperate with commercial teams in implementing the ROI approach into customer planning & managing framework
- Support pre and post evaluation process of trade promotions with addressing dilutive trade activities
- Support team with financial analyses based on available data
- Provide insights to customers operational (IS&OP/IBP) and commercial yearly planning process (ACP/AOP) regarding promo effectiveness Qualifications
- Polish fluent / English Communicative
- Good knowledge of SAP for MM, OTC, TPM, BW areas
- Financial P&L knowledge
- Understanding of commercial processes
- Fluent with numbers & superior analytical skills
- Independent with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- PowerBi experience would be an asset
