Technologies-expected : Java Angular Spring Framework Postgre SQL Hibernate responsibilities : Lead the team, while also effectively working autonomously to meet assigned objectives, share expertise and best practices in software development, both within and outside the team, supervise day-to-day operations, research, assess, design, and implement novel tools, frameworks, and methodologies to construct enduring software solutions, establish and oversee team performance metrics, identify training requirements and deliver coaching, actively listen to team members' feedback and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise, acknowledge outstanding performance and offer recognition for achievements, inspire and motivate team members.

requirements-expected : Proficient in Java with a strong background in developing backend services using the Spring framework, familiarity with Angular and one of the following front-end frameworks: React, Vue, or Angular JS, skilled in working with SQL/No SQL databases such as Postgre SQL, My SQL, Mongo DB, Redis, or Elastic Search, proficient in using ORM tools like Entity Framework, n Hibernate, and Hibernate, experienced in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, Team City, Octopus, Azure Dev Ops, and Circle CI, knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure OR AWS OR Google Cloud), adaptable to Agile development methodologies.
