- monitoring and managing global contract performance
- coordinating audit activity with SGS affiliates regarding client specific KPI's
- identifying risks with respect to poor performance / client expectations
- processing audit reports in the reporting system
- ensuring the timely follow-up of sub-tasks in the various audit processes
- functioning as the primary administrative liaison between SGS and the client
- cooperating with Regional / Local Account Managers on administrative matters
- meetings with Key Clients to provide updates with Global Key Accounts
- you are highly self-dependent and have well-developed time and work management skills
- you have an ability to build positive relationships and exercise effective influence
- you are customer-oriented professional
- you are fluent in spoken and written English
- you are a strong team player, open to new ideas and you respect the ideas of others
- job experience in project coordination and/or administration
- complex training and work in a supporting team in an international environment
- opportunity to work in a hybrid model with occasional visits in the office in Katowice for team work purposes (only 2-3 visits a month is obligatory)
- employment under a contract of employment and work during business working hours from Monday to Friday
