- 3+ years working in an Architect role, including designing and building complex data solutions focused on the Insurance or Banking industry.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure or AWS cloud products and services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data fabric, data mesh, and data vault concepts.
- Ability to facilitate design discussions and convey architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in creating tailored solution plans in cooperation with business and multidisciplinary teams, including cost estimation and delivery approaches.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to research client inquiries and resolve emerging issues related to regulations, industry practice, and the adoption of new application technologies.
- Experience in utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Hands-on, professional experience with BI/ETL/Bigdata Technologies.
- Sound understanding of industry-specific regulatory standards such as BCBS 239 and MiFID.
- Strong foundation in the design techniques of relational databases and experience with data lakes.
- Experience with real-time data processing and data warehousing aggregation.
- Experience in migration projects of Insurance and Banking data
- Experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly with familiarity with accounting frameworks like General Ledger and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools and methods to provide insightful representations of complex data sets.
- Knowledge and experience regarding the application of GenAI and LLMs (Large Language Models) within the financial services industry.
