- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Service Owner in a similar context.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with public administration processes and requirements is a plus.
- EU citizenship.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
- Strong experience in containerization, with a proven track record of effectively leveraging containerization technologies to enhance software development and deployment processes (mandatory).
