    We are looking a dynamic and strategic-minded Channel Manager to join our growing team in Warsaw. As a Channel Manager in Food & Water division, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

    Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Division Strategy, plan and targets
  • Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars.
  • Forecasts Sales & budget, monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance
  • Work proactive and structured with the sales and business development in order to optimize the sales efficiency of the team
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs tailored to the needs of the division strategy plan
  • Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan and the sales process, with the special focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote sub-process.
  • Develop, motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant sales and product/application competencies
  • Your Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Proven experience in channel management, business development, or sales in a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of channel distribution, partner management, and sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • People management skills and experience in leading teams
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Flexibility to travel within the country and the surrounding countries, if needed
