    We're looking for Creative copywriter join our team in Poland (remote). If you're seeking for a challenging projects in a start-up environment with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a focus on fintech preferred.
    • Strong understanding of fintech industry trends, technologies, and customer behavior.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.
    • Proficiency in using tools for sending mass communication such as email marketing platforms, push notification services, and SMS gateways.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute overall campaigns utilizing channels such as email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS to engage and retain customers.
    • Create compelling value propositions for each specific campaign and target group to drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Conduct base segmentation to ensure targeted and personalized communication strategies.
    • Write and edit content in both Polish and English languages to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
    • Utilize tools for sending mass communications such as mailings, in-app messaging platforms, push notification services, and SMS gateways.
    • Collaborate closely with product, mobile, risk, and support teams to test communications and ensure alignment with product features and customer needs. Differentiate activation communication from operational or system communication to deliver relevant and timely messages to customers.
