This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures.

Job Purpose And Impact

The Nutrition Consultant will be responsible for direct sales to strategic business clients.

We are looking for a results‑oriented professional who is comfortable conducting both face‑to‑face and remote sales with new and existing customers.

In this role, you will support clients in assessing their needs and proposing suitable products, services, and solutions. The position involves mobile work in the north‑western region of Poland, including the western part of the Warmian‑Masurian Voivodeship.

Kluczowe Zadania

Identyfikacja potencjalnych klientów i dbanie o relacje ze stałymi klientami.
Kierując się wiedzą pozyskaną w wyniku badania rynku i cen, prowadzenie działań sprzedażowych i merchandising.
Monitorowanie aktywności klientów i konkurentów oraz trendów w branży.
Ochrona, rozwój i dywersyfikacja relacji z docelowymi klientami.
Wsparcie rozwoju firmy, rozpowszechniając korzystne informacje o organizacji oraz jej produktach i usługach.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree – preferred fields include agriculture or related areas (animal science, agriculture, feed science).
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling products for cattle.
Experience in formulating cattle feeding rations.

Valid category B driving license and readiness to work in the field with overnight stays (a company car is provided).

Preferred Qualifications

English proficiency allowing comfortable communication in speaking and writing – contact with global teams.
Strong results orientation and ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
Initiative‑taking and a proactive approach.
