- Supervising the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
- Developing and leading EHS programs, procedures and work instructions
- Providing health and safety trainings
- Maintaining of occupational health and safety documentation and reporting of data required by legal regulations and corporate guidelines
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Covering an occupational risk assessment in workplaces
- Leading incident analyses to settle root cause(s), prevention, and corrective measures
- Organizing and recording of workplace environmental assessments.
- Controlling of working conditions and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and principles due to polish law
- Collaborating with external institutions to implement occupational health and safety activities
- Working together with all employees to develop, implement and drive health and safety cultural improvements You'll win us over by:
- Bachelor's degree in: Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Ergonomics, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Safety-related field; or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
- Very good knowledge of Polish regulations and principles of Occupational Health and Safety
- Proficiency in English enabling daily communication (min. B2)
- Proficiency in Polish (C1)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Openness and ease in establishing links
- Ability to work in a team
- Proactive attitude and solution-seeking
- Excellent organizational skills, with precise attention to detail
- Responsibility for assigned tasks, strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management Preferred Qualifications:
