Job summary
We are looking to hire a positive proactive IT project manager to oversee project teams and ensure IT projects are completed on time.Responsibilities
- Assist with facilitating communications scheduling business requirements gap analysis.
- Act as single point of contact for project communications management of project resources related to project tasks risks acceptance criteria signoffs confirmation that project documentation is delivered with high quality timelines schedule facilitate team meetings weekly status reports status meetings coordinating cross-disciplined team members ensuring all parties are on track with deadlines schedules meeting issue identification resolution preparing status reports establishing effective communication plans execution coordinating user manuals training materials document turnover conducting post-project evaluation successful unsuccessful elements experience serving servant-leader coaching mentoring teams partners stakeholders frameworks best practices leading managing remote teams proficient MS Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio SharePoint creating managing lists certifications PMP CSM CSPO A-CSM A-CSPO ITIL ability travel six sigma certification SAFe Agilist RTE SPC industry familiarity tools ServiceNow Azure DevOps Jira Align Miro plusDuties
