- Develop and deploy AWS and vSphere infrastructure utilizing GitOps and the leading Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. Lead the creation and maintenance of a K8s-based development platform, tackling scalability issues and collaborating with cross functional teams for timely project deliveries.
- Engage with peers, system architects, engineers, and product managers to support the transition to AWS and K8s platforms, ensuring team alignment for smooth integrations.
- Enhance the team's knowledge base, share insights, and cultivate a collaborative, continuously improving work culture. Mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback focused on best practices, project management methodologies, and effective use of collaboration tools.

- AWS, K8s, ArgoCD, GitLab, Terraform Enterprise, Splunk, Rancher, Wavefront, vSphere, Vault, and others.
- At least 5 years of Linux experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in building and maintaining a SaaS platform.
- A minimum of 4 years working hands-on with AWS or another major cloud provider and with containers and Kubernetes. At least 3 years of using Terraform and 2 years with Config Management tools such as Ansible, Chef or SSM. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, alongside superior communication and collaboration capabilities. Proficiency in programming with high-level languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, or JavaScript, and a strong commitment to automation.
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Artifactory for build and release automation.
- Expertise in setting up monitoring for availability, security, and performance.
- Project management certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
