    Opis

    We are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

    Lead Python Developer

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of 4 Python developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and overall technical excellence
    • Oversee end-to-end development of Python applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
    • Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, making strategic decisions to align with business goals
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and QA engineers, to ensure successful project delivery
    • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of professional experience in Python development and at least 2 years of experience as a Leader
    • Proficiency in Python, Django or Flask frameworks, and experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
    • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
