Presently, we're in search of a Fullstack Developer to bolster our team in delivering features swiftly and with confidence.     What you will be doing:

    • Join the Handsontable core team to build the best front-end data editor on the market
    • Refactor the core features
    • Design and implement new features with a focus on optimal user experience
    • Write, maintain, and improve TypeScript and JavaScript code
    • Share knowledge and contribute to the team's growth
    • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to development processes
    • Drive the codebase towards better user experience, framework integration, and performance
    • Advocate for good coding practices within the team

    About you:

    • 7+ years of experience in full-stack development
    • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and backend technologies, e.g., , , etc.)
    • In-depth knowledge of web development frameworks, e.g., React, Angular, among others
    • Good understanding of modern application architectures, software development lifecycle, infrastructure
    • Fluent in English (C1)
    • You find it satisfying to cope with legacy code and code refactoring
    • You are self-driven and proactive in solving software architectural problems
    • Experienced designing, building, and integrating APIs and CI/CD pipelines, etc.
    • Experienced with databases

    We would appreciate it if you have experience with the following

    • Contributions to open-source projects
    • A continuous experience in a single project or product (2 contintinuos years or more)
    • Building the applications with the best practices in mind - test coverage, maintainability, well-defined architecture

    Recruitment process:

    1. 30-minute discussion via Google Meet with Evan Seaward (Head of Engineering).

    2. Task: You will need to do a simple task to complete to make sure your approach and attitude fit our organization. In rare cases, this stage may be skipped in favor of exceptional references.

    3. 45-minute discussion via Google Meet with Evan Seaward and somebody from the team.
