    Our Shared Service Center Department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking for a

    Service Delivery Manager DTC (Direct to Consumer) Applications (m/f/d) (100%)

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring stable services and operations of the Global POS, Salesforce CRM, and eCommerce systems in EMEA region
    • Managing of ongoing contracts, vendors, and services delivered by strategic IT service providers for POS, B2B, CRM and eCommerce areas in Triumph
    • Defining, implementing, and monitoring of KPIs to ensure high-quality service performance
    • Co-ordinating with Business Units and External Providers for operational issues and for new stores ePOS opening
    • Providing triage level support in P1 Incidents, fully engaging through resolution
    • Working closely with the Triumph Digital Teams on the CRM and eCommerce services to ensure smooth operations globally
    • Verifying service readiness of new solutions to ensure smooth transition and handover of projects to operations

    Your ideal profile:

    • Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, IT or equivalent
    • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management and IT Vendor Management for decentralized, high-volume IT services
    • Business, process, and technical expertise for delivery of IT services for Retail
    • Excellent co-ordination and communication skills
    • Quick analytical thinker
    • Intercultural mindset
    • Strong business sense, eager to learn, enthusiastic, self-motivated and results oriented
    • Fluency in English
