- Create a 3-year forecast plan for dedicated markets within EEI cluster alongside COE
- Support monthly Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) to reach a 36-month consensus plan
- Collect business intelligence from market stakeholders within a 3-year timeframe
- Engage monthly with local commercial, Finance, and Regulatory affairs stakeholders to enhance service level objectives
- Address gaps between financial and demand plans as necessary
- Ensure metrics integrity to add value to customers
- Monitor targets and drive performance enhancements
- Maintain Business Value Segmentation and other parameters
- Provide demand input for product launches and new product introduction
- Collaborate with market multifunctional team and GDMs on strategic initiatives
- Offer demand input to Distribution & Logistics for inventory optimization
- Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation for uninterrupted delivery
- Bachelor of Science – preferably in Supply Chain or related field
- APICS CPIM or CSCP and / or Six Sigma certification is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of Demand Planning experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sector
- Highly organized with customer focus and proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent English skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management
- Team player with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Experience with SAP, Rapid Response, Qlik Sense, and Microsoft Office (especially strong Excel skills)
