    We are seeking 4 highly skilled Automation Control Systems Testers to join our Partner's team in Katowice. The ideal Candidates will have a background in IT, Automation, or Electronics, along with experience in automation control systems programming and implementation. Knowledge of power electronics and experience in functional testing for embedded firmware are essential for this role.     Automation Control Systems Tester

    You will be responsible for:

    • Designing test procedures based on product/feature requirements,
    • Processing anomalies identified against requirements and other documents,
    • Perform product testing, reporting on problems encountered and documenting test results,
    • Testbed configuration and customization required for test procedures.

    We require:

    • Fluency in English,
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in field of IT / Automation / Electronics,
    • At least 2-years experience in automation control systems programming and
    • implementation and with the background of power electronics (VFD's),
    • Experience in functional testing for embedded firmware (black box testing),
    • Knowledge of industrial controllers,
    • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols.

    Recruitment process steps:

    • A 10-20-minute phone call with H4H IT Consultant to enrich your application with missing details.
    • A 15-30-minute video call with our Partner's Tech Leader, to evaluate your skills. We may redo it whether we have some better job offers for you.
    • A 15-30-minute video call with end Client representatives - automotive component manufacturing company to ensure good understanding of the role for your side and enable you to ask any questions regarding your new role.
    • A short video call or phone call with our Partner's HR Business Partner to check in depth the alignment between you and values and culture of the Company. Financial negotiations are welcomed :)
