Opis pracy
Join a team implementing a project in the area of online and mobile banking for the Business Banking segment. The project focuses on the design and implementation of process agents and AI agents to support key business processes.
The solution is developed based on a modular architecture, allowing independent teams to work in parallel and integrate components provided by external vendors. The system runs in Google Cloud Platform environment and is developed in accordance with Agile methodology.
*Your tasks*
- Analysis of business requirements and their translation into system specifications
- Designing system logic, data flows and integrations (REST APIs, events, queues)
- Participation in the design and development of GenAI-based solutions, including AI agents and process bots
- Designing and documenting architecture and processes using UML and BPMN
- Creating and updating technical documentation
- Collaborating with development teams, testers, architects and business stakeholders
- Support functional and integration testing and analysis of reported defects
- Participation in implementation and maintenance processes, analysis of logs and system data
- Ensure solution compliance with architecture, security standards and organizational guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a Systems Analyst or Business and Systems Analyst role
- Practical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and comfortable navigating the environment console
- Previous work in projects using GenAI, including AI agents and process bots
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts
- Ability to model processes and architecture in UML and BPMN
- Experience working with Enterprise Architect or equivalent tools
- Practice in systems integration (REST API, Kafka, WSO2 or other integration platforms)
- Knowledge of relational databases and ability to create complex SQL queries
- Very good oral and written English language skills
- Residence in Poland required and fluency in the Polish language
