What we expect from you:
Must have: 6-8 years practical technical/functional experience wth C1 applications and 4+ lifecycle implementations and project management Must know how 1 C Application technically work SQL basic will be enough ERP Nice to have: C1 certification


ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Good experience with 1 C Applications modules related.

Experience in Distributor Management.

Knowledge in Oracle and integration 1 C and Oracle is appreciated.

Good knowledge of 1 C Application functionality, schemas and development frameworks Good knowledge of 1 C Application configurations Good knowledge with SQL based queries and the application framework of 1 C applications Good knowledge with global implementations of 1 C applications Good knowledge of business flows implementations like Order - to – Cash 1 C professional certification SQL basic development skills Web Services development and support skills Development of cross platform integration solution Good knowledge of Project and/or Software Development Life Cycle Skilled user of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Primavera Skilled in creating estimates for functional extensions ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE (but not essential): Finance and Accounting processes knowledge Understanding of CIS countries specific regulations 1С: Prof certification for other CIS countries appretiated

, The Senior Application Analyst is a highly knowledgeable expert in 1 C platform.

Challenged by a complex environment.

In the role as knowledgeable expert coach the members in the same track and be cross-functional.

Must have good organizational skills in order to deliver requirements for multiple projects in timely manner.

Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of management and the development staff.

Must have good skills to keep the project team or management informed on projects status and progress.

Can also play the role of PM for a project if needed with RSM or EMEA.

The company has stopped the project in Russia and is moving it to Kazakhstan - they are working to centralize it 1 C, Impact (Nature and scope of influence a position has on its area of responsibility/ operation),

• Prioritize projects / CMR requests for the region for business critical applications based on 1 C platform,
• Requirements gathering and scope definition with non-technical Business User constituencies.,
• The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/process and then create detailed, specific and comprehensive documentation.,
• Engage Business Users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective solutions.

• Engage Business Users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Developer Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution.,
• Manage components of a project plan or smaller projects,
• Strong functional understanding of the systems supported and the development framework for customizations,
• Verification of feasibility of Business User's request functionality and business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures.,
