Job summary
The Order Management and Billing Analyst is responsible for assisting the sales force in submitting accurate order data and identifying transaction elements. They will process hardware, software, subscription, consulting professional services maintenance orders using tools designed for order management maintaining corporate policies involving order transactionsResponsibilities
- Assist Sales Teams in securing proper order documentation for execution into systems
- Review contract to determine all elements of the transaction. Add proper product IDs to order for any bundled items (Subscriptions Hardware Software Services etc.)
- Ensure all related orders are built in our systems ERP for appropriate booking and invoicing Execute the defined order process conduct effective interaction with Sales teams while maintaining compliance with corporate policy Generate customer invoices assigned accounts accurate timely manner Recognize requirements special invoicing provisions customer contract react accordingly Review customer order documentation acceptance ensure appropriate documentation received complies corporate policy outstanding accounts receivable collection issues Assist resolution relevant RMA's SLA Solve issues involving processing Provide outstanding service account teams Action update tasks per SLA procedures Ensure direct communication stakeholders including customers needed ensure on-time delivery services hardware software invoices Analyze trends workflow identify discrepancies process improvement opportunities Assist audits maintain compliance
