    Opis

    We are growing rapidly and therefore expanding our IT team. This team will empower the European business - Alliance Automotive Group. The Krakow team will be working with our stakeholders across Europe, especially in the Netherlands where the AAG Digital Operations group is located.

    As a Senior QA Automation Engineer (SAP Commerce Cloud project) you will be responsible for the overall testing process with a focus on test automation. The successful candidate will work daily on test strategy, test plan, and test automation plan. The person in this role will be responsible for test scenarios and test cases, initial manual testing, and automation of prepared scenarios. Delivering metrics of test automation coverage, and execution statistics will be part of the process.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and maintain overall test strategy for B2B SAP Commerce Cloud solution
    • Define and maintain test scenarios and test cases with the use of a test management tool
    • Perform manual testing and further automate scenarios according to the test strategy
    • Maintain and evolve the test automation suite as well as introduce design and architectural patterns to keep the test suite optimal and efficient
    • Actively participate in user testing, incorporating feedback into design revisions to improve user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to ensure seamless design delivery.
    • Keep current with the latest QA automation trends and technologies, integrating new ideas to innovate and maintain product competitiveness.
    • Code Quality: making use of and contributing to the Git branching model, code reviews, coding standards, unit tests, and documentation
    • Perform different types of testing: Functional, Automation, Regression, Performance, Load and Data testing.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of testing experience with a majority in test automation
    • Experience in writing test strategies, test plans, API scripts, and test cases with the use of test management tool
    • Experience in driving end-to-end software quality testing and leading test effort
    • Experience with core JavaScript and/or TypeScript
    • Experience in JavaScript test frameworks like Cypress and/or Playwright
    • Experience in API testing using tools like Postman
    • Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
    • Hands-on experience in participating in all phases of the integration development lifecycle, including unit testing and ongoing test suite support
    • Exposure to cloud testing preferably Azure/SAP Commerce Cloud
    • Experience with core Java will be a plus
    • Experience in Java test frameworks like JUnit, Selenium, and REST-assured will be a plus
    • Experience with integration of automated test suite with CI/CD especially on Azure DevOps and SAP Commerce Cloud will be a plus
    • Experience in test case management is ServiceNow will be a plus
    • Experience in LoadRunner or similar will be a plus
