We are currently looking for:

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job location: Remote from Poland

You will be responsible for:

• analyzing and finding solutions for technical and essential problems across various SAP SuccessFactors modules
• work with customers to understand their requirements and provide them the right solutions
• system configuration by Solution Design & Configuration Workbook
• support business teams on the data migration activities
• supporting the release management process: preparation of the overview of the new features and functions in SAP SuccessFactors

We require:

• min. 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors customer support or implementation projects
• demonstrating basic knowledge of any module in:
  - SuccessFactors (preferably Employee Central or Performance and Goal Management, LMS, Recruitment)
• knowledge of processes related to SAP Success Factors
• good knowledge of HR processes
• high analytical and problem-solving abilities
• independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
• strong teamwork skills
• good knowledge of English
• certification in any SF module is an asset
