- Opiniowanie umów powierzenia przetwarzania danych osobowych
- Przygotowywanie klauzul informacyjnych oraz klauzul zgód na przetwarzanie danych osobowych
- Udzielanie odpowiedzi na żądania osób, których dane dotyczą
- Wsparcie w procesie obsługi naruszeń ochrony danych osobowych
- Przeprowadzanie audytów zgodności organizacji z zasadami ochrony danych osobowych
- Udzielanie informacji i rekomendacji w odpowiedzi na bieżące zapytania dotyczące ochrony danych osobowych
- Wsparcie w procesie analizy transferów danych osobowych do państw trzecich (Transfer Impact Assessment)
- Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane prawnicze
- Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w obszarze ochrony danych osobowych
- Bardzo dobra znajomość przepisów o ochronie danych osobowych oraz umiejętność ich stosowania w praktyce
- Wysokie zdolności organizacyjne oraz umiejętność pracy samodzielnej oraz kreatywne i samodzielnie myślenie
- Bardzo dobra umiejętność obsługi komputera, w szczególności pakietu Microsoft Office 365
- Zainteresowanie nowymi technologiami (w szczególności sztuczną inteligencją)
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym codzienną komunikację
- Doświadczenie w dużej, międzynarodowej organizacji będzie dodatkowym atutem
