- Coordinating and executing (in future) budgeting and RFQ processes in GDC;
- Preparing management reporting for local Leadership Team purposes and global reports;
- Provide meaningful and high standard analysis to drive the right strategic decisions;
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner for lines of business and Supporting Functions Leaders (HR, Facility, IT, L&D);
- Participation in new projects & new tools implementation;
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by line manager and key stakeholders;
- Support Finance Operating Team standard activities and MEC\YEC;
- Knowledge of MS Office at the intermediate level; advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA will be a big plus;
- Focus on cooperation and achieving results;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks whilst maintain a high level of accuracy;
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a professional manner
- Finance/controlling background;
- Very good English.
