- Be the first point of contact to gather all relevant information for support requests from our global CRM users, run diagnostics, and identify potential solutions
- Support CRM users on general CRM navigation, functionalities, filtering/ creating views give training to the users
- Gather new license requests globally and support CRM team to add/ delete licenses as needed
- Keep our repository of training resources up to date. Identify needs to update old trainings or create new ones, and share relevant trainings with CRM users as requested
- Support with detailed testing when new functionalities are developed by the team, and identify any potential issues
- Assist in the implementation of CRM software and tools, and provide training and support to internal users as needed Your profile:
- Minimum 1 year experience on Microsoft DynamicsSales or Marketing
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
- Previous experience in client facing positions
- Organized, self-motivated, positive person with can do attitude
- Results-oriented, flexible, reliable, able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with working with geographically spread teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and skill in adhering to highest quality assurance standards
