    Background:

    The KION Group is a world-leading supplier of forklift trucks, warehouse technology and supply chain solutions, which require modern and advanced IT Services. To strengthen KION's Business Strategy and IT capabilities, the new IT Service Hub has been built in Kraków as part of KION Business Services.

    The IT Hub is the center of highly qualified IT talents who, by becoming an integral part of the KION Group IT organization, expand its capabilities and support comprehensive Business and IT transformations.

    Your Role:

    As SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Solution Architect you will be part of Global Master Data Systems and Architecture Team responsible for design and delivery of SAP Master Data Governance solutions in KION Group IT. The person will take the responsibility for operation, configuration and customizing the SAP Master Data system based on SAP S4/HANA, having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as a development of newly created IT Service Hub in Kraków.

    Your Responsibility:

  • Work close with the SAP MDG Technical Lead and other Solution Architects to create an integrated solution with data model and interfacing applications.
  • Determine the size and scope for an effective SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) implementation, taking into the account current data systems, the existing and planned SAP environment.
  • Collaborate with SAP E2E process teams (e.g. OtC, RtR, StPO) to ensure data integrity, consistency and quality across the whole landscape including ERPs and non-ERP applications.
  • Responsible for technical analysis, the operation, configuration and further customizing of the SAP MDG system.
  • Design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, and cutover activities
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing and training activities
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices and technical skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality, and recommend new solutions to improve business processes

    • Your Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of working experience on Master Data Governance (MDG) projects
  • You have strong communication, intercultural and motivation skills with experience in working in an international environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • With your growth-mindset and your motivation to work in a high-performance team you want to keep things moving in a very effective way
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a must-have
  • Agile experience would be a benefit
