- Acquiring new customers, organizing technical presentations.
- Cooperation with technicians.
- Monitoring distribution results and end customers.
- Customer relationship management.
- Active sales support and systematic reporting.
- Active participation in the creation and development of a network of repair workshops based on Axalta's customers and competitors.
- Cooperation and exchange of information with members of the Axalta Refinish Polska Sales Team.
- Supervision of digitalization projects of Axalta's commercial offer.
- Cooperation and coordination of activities of sales and technical teams in the implementation of Axalta's obligations and projects (audits, purchase monitoring, managerial, commercial and technological training).
- Building and implementing quality standards in the workshops to which we aspire
- Obtaining, collecting and transmitting information from the market: distribution, end customers, competitors.
- Brand management in accordance with the company's policy as part of the assigned responsibility.

We are currently looking for a Distribution Specialist to join us at our facility in Warsawa (Field Based).
This person will be joining the Sales Team for Refinish Systems, covering the South of Poland and reporting to the Sales Director.
